“I often draw in coffee shops as I find I can feed like a little vampire, sucking at others’ caffeine induced energy. Today, someone actually dared to speak to me.  Even though I was confidently sure I was in invisible mode to their rude and inquiring attention. I had to politely show them my sketchbook full of odd little taboo-like drawings that might not be suitable for some sensibilities. God forbid, I never tell these social upstarts that I am an artist! I have often wondered if other innocent energy-sucking vampires have encountered such an awkward social situation of overly invasive inquisitive people and if such encounters make them exhausted and feel somewhat violated. I had to lay my head down on the table and take a nap after this happened.”
